Mr. Brian Whelan, Chief Operating Officer

Brian Whelan has been with the firm since 2000 and is responsible for operations in the U.S., Europe and Asia.  Brian has two decades of experience in consulting, engineering and project management.

In his role, Brian works closely with all EYP MCF Executive Management, Managing Principals and Senior Project Managers, assisting them in achieving the office profitability and project financial performance goals.  In addition, Brian serves as the Principal-in-Charge on many major client engagements. During his career, he worked on various complex engineering and construction projects for industries including finance, telecommunications, insurance, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and consumer products in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Brian graduated in 1987 from the Galway/Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) in Galway, Ireland with a Diploma in Production Engineering.  He also completed two years of study in Industrial Engineering at GMIT prior to entering the Production Engineering program.  Brian is a certified project management professional.
