Mr. Joseph T. Mangan, Vice Chairman

Joe Mangan has been with the firm since 1985. His proven expertise in risk management, quality control and corporate compliance requirements allows him to take a leadership role on major engagements and corporate initiatives for EYP MCF. Prior to his present position, Joe was Chief Operating Officer and Director of Engineering for EYP MCF, overseeing the engineering group and Senior Board of Directors.   Joe was also a board member for Einhorn Yaffee Prescott, PC before the firm reorganized in 2001.

Joe holds an Electrical and Computer Engineering Degree from Clarkson University and is a graduate of American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Senior Executive Institute.  He is a registered P.E. in more than 12 states and is a member of IEEE and NFPA.
