Mr. Richard A. Glickman, CFO

Rick Glickman is responsible for improving the growth and profitability of the firm. He has proven expertise in creating operational visibility which is critical in making effective and timely business decisions. Rick has extensive experience in the professional services sector, including financial analysis, Initial Public Offering filings, pricing models and systems implementation.

Rick has been with EYP MCF since 2001 and is responsible for the development and institution of the financial tools the firm uses today. With over 25 years of experience, his achievements include: the preparation and filing of registration statements with the SEC for Initial Public Offerings; development of business plans utilizing competitive analysis and market intelligence; selection and implementation of integrated accounting systems; review and analysis of acquisition targets; and the implementation of streamlined accounting and financial processes resulting in improved reporting and financial analysis. Rick received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Delaware and became a CPA in 1984.
