Mr. Steven Einhorn, Chairman

Chairman of EYP MCF, Steve Einhorn, focuses on organizational design and strategic planning issues supporting the firm's mission: to be the premier comprehensive provider of services for designing, supporting and operating facilities in the digital power space. Identification of emerging trends and new market niches, dedication to long-term relationship building with clients, an integrated approach to EYP MCF's multi-disciplines, and a broadly delegated management style are hallmarks of Steve's management philosophy.

He is a frequently sought speaker on business development strategies and the integration of corporate cultures as related to mergers and acquisitions. Steve has played a leadership role in a wide variety of community activities as well, including: President of the Board of Directors for the University Foundation of the University at Albany; President of the Board of Trustees of Congregation Beth Emeth; Designer of the Beth Emeth Holocaust Memorial; and Board member of Syracuse University's School of Architecture. An honors graduate of Syracuse University's School of Architecture, Steve was elected by his peers to the College of Fellows of the AIA.
