In 2001, a 29 year old A/E giant Einhorn Yaffee Prescott split. The Architecture
group formed a new organization, the surviving firm became EYP Mission Critical
Facilities. Then in 2008, EYP MCF was successfully acquired by HP as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
